This blog focuses on the various adventures of the author and The Adventuring community. We explore a diverse range of topics, but all from the lens of adventure. We think a lot about personal growth, fulfilment, connection, and love. We also think a lot about travel, culture, and diversity. We work hard not to judge, and even harder to accept. We accept people who are different than us, people who like us and people who hate us.
We want to shape the world into a place in which everyone acknowledges their own adventures, but accept that not everyone will. Most importantly we accept ourselves. We are not perfect. We make mistakes. We fail. We say stupid things and take stupid actions. But we accept these flaws. And because we accept them, we can laugh at them.
We constantly remind ourselves that this life is an adventure, and it’s OK to make mistakes, as long as we keep pushing forward.
Some people may see this attitude as one of youthful idealism. People may think the ideas and attitudes here are protected from the harsh truths of real world. This couldn’t be further from the truth. As we will see in guest posts from some of our older members, these ideas apply to everyone at all stages of our lives. Stay tuned…
